冷連軋機組與單機架相比生產效率高、自動化程度高、產品質置好、適于較高產量 的生產。根據產品特性及客戶要求，我公司能提供二機架、三機架、四機架、五機 架等冷連軋組，采用了液壓壓下AGC、自動測厚。無頭軋制、自動焊接等技術。
The continuous rolling mill is of several mills laid out in the line.The strips pass the mills continuously.The quantity of rolling passes equal to the quantity of mill stands.Compared with single mill,continuous rolling mill has high-efficiency,good quality and high automatic degree,so that it suits for production with high yield.We can provide two-stand cold rolling mill.three-stand cold rolling mi 11.four-stand cold rolling mill and five-stand cold rolling mill,which equipped with hydraulic screw-down AGC and automatic thickness gauge,and applied with the technology of endless rolling and automatic welding.
工藝流程 Production Process
開卷機—焊接平臺(液壓剪一焊機卜活套一入口平臺一1#機架―測厚儀一 2#機架 —3#機架—4辨幾架（測厚儀卜出口平臺一液壓剪—卷取機)
Pay-off reel→welding platform(hydraulic shear→welder)→looper→entry platfrom→frame No.l→Thickness gauge→frame No.2→frame No.3→frame No.4(thickness gauge)→exit platform→hydraulic shear→tension reel
